Real Estate Sales Consultant

Square Yards is India's largest integrated platform for Real Estate and Mortgages, rapidly growing and leading the Proptech space in the UAE, Middle East, Australia, and Canada. The platform provides an end-to-end consumer experience covering all aspects of the real estate journey, including search, transactions, home loans, interiors, rentals, property management, and post-sales services. Square Yards connects buyers with a vast network of over 500 real estate developers, 150,000+ agents, and 100+ banks and NBFCs. The company is also innovating in the B2B space with disruptive SaaS platforms for developers, banks, and agents.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant based in Pune. The consultant will drive sales by interacting with clients, identifying their requirements, and presenting suitable real estate options. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with property buying processes, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also includes supporting and educating clients to ensure smooth transactions while achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the Real Estate industry
• Strong background in Sales strategies and techniques
• Customer Service and client relationship management experience
• Ability to train and guide clients through the property buying journey
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Pune is a plus
