Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting real estate properties, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also entails handling property showings, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License.
  • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate transactions and Real Property regulations.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Pune is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
