Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Consultant, Team Leader. The role involves leading and managing a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include fostering a customer-centric environment, analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve performance, guiding team members, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role also requires overseeing the execution of sales processes, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing team productivity.

- Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong Team Management skills to guide and motivate sales consultants effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members seamlessly
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and strategize for improvements
- Prior experience in the automobile sales industry is an advantage
