Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales Consultant, located in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear, providing personalized consultations, explaining lens and frame options, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role also involves maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and offering after-sales support when needed. The Counter Sales Consultant will contribute to achieving store targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the Optic Kraft brand positively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Customer service and communication skills with a professional, friendly approach
• Sales and consultative skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear
• Knowledge of eyewear brands, lens options, and optical products is preferred
• Basic organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to stay updated on the latest eyewear trends and technologies
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications in sales or optics will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a plus
