Role Overview
The Consultant will work closely with the founding team and consultants to support sales consulting and sales enablement engagements for enterprise and mid-sized B2B organizations.
As a Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of sales, strategy, and consulting — working closely with founders, CXOs, and sales leaders to diagnose problems, influence thinking, and drive measurable sales outcomes. The role involves diagnosing sales challenges, facilitating workshops, supporting consulting projects, and helping clients implement structured sales performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consulting Engagements
• Support and deliver consulting assignments including sales process diagnostics
• Sales team capability assessments
• Opportunity pipeline analysis
• Sales governance and review framework design
• Sales organization structure recommendations
2. Sales Enablement Programs
• Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops focused on complex B2B selling
• Opportunity qualification and deal strategy
• Key account management
• Sales pipeline management
• Sales leader coaching
3. Client Stakeholder Interaction
• Work closely with CEOs, Sales Heads, Business Unit Leaders and Sales Managers
• Translate business challenges into structured consulting interventions
4. Consulting Content and Framework Development
• Contribute to development of sales consulting frameworks
• Build diagnostic tools and assessments
• Create workshop material and case studies
• Refine sales performance improvement methodologies
5. Deal Coaching and Sales Review Support
• Opportunity quality assessment
• Deal strategy reviews
• Sales pipeline discussions
• Sales leadership coaching sessions
6. Internal Knowledge Development
• Document case studies and learning
• Build best practice frameworks
• Develop industry insights and benchmarks
7. Business Development Contribution
Consultants are expected to contribute to the firm's growth by:
• identifying client opportunities
• supporting proposal development
• participating in client discussions
• contributing to thought leadership initiatives
