About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and scale enterprise relationships for a fast-growing AdTech platform. This role requires a strong mix of strategic selling, team leadership, and deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems. You will own key revenue targets, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and work closely with product and marketing to unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership:
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution to achieve aggressive revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and scale a team of high-performing sales professionals; set clear KPIs, drive accountability, and enable continuous development.
- Enterprise Sales:
- Lead large, complex deal cycles with brands, agencies, and platform partners; establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and penetrate new industry verticals and geographies; build GTM strategies tailored to AdTech solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with C-level stakeholders across clients and internal teams; act as a trusted advisor on digital advertising and media strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine value propositions and improve conversion and retention.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and reporting; leverage data to drive decision-making.
Key Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on AdTech / MarTech / Digital Media.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
- Prior experience managing and scaling sales teams (5–10+ members).
- Strong network across brands, agencies, and digital ecosystem players.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution rigor.
