Job Description

We are looking for an Senior Mnager/ Associate Director – Pre-Sales to lead the pre-sales function for our enterprise SaaS business. This role is focused on driving deal conversions, strengthening sales effectiveness, and positioning Freight Tiger's platform with enterprise customers.

You will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, owning the pre-sales charter across large and complex deals while building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities: 1. Pre-Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive the overall pre-sales strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing pre-sales team
  • Establish standard processes, playbooks, and governance for pre-sales execution
  • Track and improve key conversion metrics across the sales funnel

2. Deal Support & Conversion

  • Partner closely with Sales to drive closure of large and strategic enterprise deals
  • Lead high-impact product demonstrations and client presentations
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses with strong value articulation
  • Shape winning strategies for competitive deals

3. Customer Engagement

  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CFOs, Supply Chain Heads, CIOs) to understand business needs
  • Position Freight Tiger's platform effectively through consultative discussions
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide market and customer feedback to improve product positioning
  • Enable Sales teams with training, tools, and messaging

5. Thought Leadership & Market Presence

  • Represent Freight Tiger in industry events, forums, and client meetings
  • Build strong market credibility through insights and domain expertise

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Management Consulting, pre-sales or enterprise SaaS sales
  • Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS/platform businesses
  • Proven track record of supporting and closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience in building and managing pre-sales teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
  • MBA or Engineering degree preferred
