We are looking for an
Senior Mnager/ Associate Director – Pre-Sales to lead the pre-sales function for our enterprise SaaS business. This role is focused on driving deal conversions, strengthening sales effectiveness, and positioning Freight Tiger's platform with enterprise customers.
You will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, owning the pre-sales charter across large and complex deals while building a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities: 1. Pre-Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the overall pre-sales strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing pre-sales team
- Establish standard processes, playbooks, and governance for pre-sales execution
- Track and improve key conversion metrics across the sales funnel
2. Deal Support & Conversion
- Partner closely with Sales to drive closure of large and strategic enterprise deals
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations and client presentations
- Support RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses with strong value articulation
- Shape winning strategies for competitive deals
3. Customer Engagement
- Engage with senior stakeholders (CFOs, Supply Chain Heads, CIOs) to understand business needs
- Position Freight Tiger's platform effectively through consultative discussions
- Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Provide market and customer feedback to improve product positioning
- Enable Sales teams with training, tools, and messaging
5. Thought Leadership & Market Presence
- Represent Freight Tiger in industry events, forums, and client meetings
- Build strong market credibility through insights and domain expertise
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Management Consulting, pre-sales or enterprise SaaS sales
- Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS/platform businesses
- Proven track record of supporting and closing large enterprise deals
- Experience in building and managing pre-sales teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
- MBA or Engineering degree preferred
