Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, providing tailored automobile solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, presenting vehicle options, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong relationships for repeat business. The role also involves collaboration with the service and support teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent client experience
  • Effective Communication abilities with emphasis on articulation and relationship-building
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or prior experience in a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a customer-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
