Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Design Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Design Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences. Responsibilities include creating custom design solutions, presenting products and design concepts, assisting clients in selecting furniture and furnishings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process. The role also involves contributing to sales goals by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Sales expertise with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Knowledge of Interior Design concepts, Furniture, and Furnishings
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site setting
- Proficiency in design tools or software is a plus
- Prior experience in the interior design or furniture industry is an advantage
- Flexibility, creativity, and a client-focused approach are essential
