Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored travel solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, presenting travel packages, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting
- Strong customer-centric skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and provide tailored solutions for client needs
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality sector is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant sales and customer relationship management tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
