Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Consultant specializing in retail furniture sales, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their home decor preferences, providing expert sales consulting, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer experience and satisfaction by offering tailored solutions, assisting with product selection, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and proven expertise in Retail Sales
• Strong skills in Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for home decor
• Prior experience in furniture sales or home decor consulting is preferred
