Job Description

Attend to walk-in customers and respond to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
Arrange and provide test drives for potential customers
Complete all booking formalities accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of cars to customers as per commitments
Promote and cross-sell related products such as Finance, Insurance, and Extended Warranty
Maintain proper documentation and follow-up with customers for satisfaction and feedback
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth sales process
