  • Generate leads and inquiries for used car sales through various channels
  • Arrange and provide test drives to prospective customers
  • Complete all booking formalities accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely delivery of used cars to customers
  • Promote and cross-sell related products such as Finance, Insurance, and Extended Warranty
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
