Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Malappuram. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential customers, providing consulting on automotive solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining strong communication with clients, and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure excellent client experiences
- Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and conveying product information effectively
- Self-motivation and a target-driven attitude
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
