Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at our Malappuram &Thrissur location. The role involves promoting and selling travel services, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, training clients on booking processes, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and meet their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and build customer relationships.
- Ability to train and support clients on booking processes and services offered.
- Proficient in problem-solving and providing reliable travel solutions to meet diverse customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and a strong understanding of travel booking systems is desirable.
