Join our team at AnalytixLabs as a Learning Advisor in our B2C sales function! We're looking for someone who can drive new customer acquisition and build strong customer relationships. This role focuses on job-oriented upskilling courses in Analytics and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Engage with leads from various marketing channels, counsel them on suitable learning tracks, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and provide insights for product improvement.
  • Operations and Reporting: Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.

oakRequirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Education Sales.
  • Strong communication and counseling skills.
  • Proactive in identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools, like LeadSquared and HubSpot, is preferred.
