Acolyte Living is a fast-growing student accommodation and living solutions brand offering verified, affordable, and managed accommodation for students and young professionals in India and abroad. We work closely with domestic and international accommodation partners to provide end-to-end supportfrom consultation to booking.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Consultant who will be responsible for handling leads, understanding client requirements, pitching suitable accommodation solutions, and closing bookings. The role is consultative in nature and requires strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with targets, lead closure, and client interaction, and who can guide customers from enquiry to confirmed booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads received through website, campaigns, and partners
  • Understand student/client requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options
  • Pitch Acolyte Living offerings including pricing, facilities, locations, and policies
  • Coordinate with international and domestic accommodation partners for availability and bookings
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed closures
  • Manage documentation, booking confirmations, and onboarding support
  • Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or internal trackers
  • Achieve monthly sales and closure targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 03 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups
  • Target-driven mindset with ability to close deals
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
  • Willingness to learn about student housing and international accommodation markets

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in real estate, student accommodation, ed-tech, BFSI, or service sales
  • Exposure to international clients or partnerships is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience

Compensation

1.8 LPA 3.0 LPA (CTC)
