This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Mumbai. The Sales Consultant will interact with clients to understand their bullion investment needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include consulting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves building lasting relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele
• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored solutions for individual customer needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
• Basic knowledge of bullion products and the investment market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
