Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will handle day-to-day activities such as engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored consulting for Toyota vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. The role involves building relationships with customers, addressing their queries, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint, and meeting sales performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver positive experiences and foster customer loyalty
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and existing customer service protocols is an advantage
  • Graduate degree in any field preferred
