Job Description

  • Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotation follow-ups, and delivery status updates.
  • Maintain product displays, sample stocks, and ensure the showroom is visually appealing.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and showroom visits.
  • Maintain customer databases, issue invoices, and support after-sales service coordination.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, price lists, and promotional campaigns.
  • Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management review.
  • Key Skills:Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Knowledge of building material products preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP software
  • Attention to detail and showroom management experience
  • Team handling and basic visual merchandising skills
