Compensation: ₹15,000–30,000/month base (based on experience) + 10% commission on first month's revenue of every deal closed. No cap on commission.

We're a performance marketing agency that drives real, measurable revenue for D2C and e-commerce brands through Meta Ads, and full-funnel paid media strategy. We don't sell vanity metrics — we sell ROAS, revenue growth, and profitable customer acquisition.
We're scaling aggressively — starting with domestic clients and expanding into the US, UK, and international markets where ticket sizes are $1,500–2,500/month per client.

The Role
You are our first dedicated sales hire. You'll work directly with the founder — not under layers of management, not reporting to a team lead who reports to a director. Directly with the person who built the agency and closes deals.
Commission is paid on first month's revenue of each new client you bring in.

What You'll Do Every Day
→ Send 30+ personalised cold emails and LinkedIn messages to targeted prospects daily
→ Make 15–20 cold calls per day to qualified leads
→ Book discovery calls and get prospects on the calendar
→ Join closing calls with the founder (initially), then close independently as you ramp up
→ Follow up on every warm lead within 2 hours — not 2 days
→ Maintain the CRM religiously — every contact logged, every follow-up scheduled, every deal tracked
→ Research prospects before outreach — know their business, their ad spend patterns, their pain points
→ Contribute to refining the pitch, the sales deck, and the outreach templates based on what you learn from conversations

What You Must Bring
→ 1+ years of experience in agency or B2B sales. Not retail. Not insurance. Not MLM. You've sold services to businesses — ideally marketing, tech, or SaaS services.
→ Fluent English — written and spoken. International clients will judge the agency by how you communicate. Comfortable is not enough. Fluent.
→ Proven cold calling and outbound outreach experience. You've done this before, consistently, and you didn't hate it.
→ Understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ROAS. You don't need to be a media buyer — but you need to speak the language well enough to have an intelligent conversation with a CMO.
→ CRM discipline. You log everything. Every call, every email, every follow-up. No exceptions. No I'll update it later.
→ Self-management. This is a remote role. Nobody will stand behind you to make sure you're working. You manage your own calendar, your own pipeline, your own numbers.
→ Willingness to work some evening hours (7–10 PM IST) for US/UK client calls. This won't be daily, but when a prospect in New York wants a 9 AM ET call, you show up.

→ You can't write a professional cold email in English without grammatical errors
→ You need daily motivation or hand-holding to stay productive
→ You think sales means waiting for inbound leads to come in
→ You want a comfortable, no-pressure, 10 AM–5 PM job
→ You need a high fixed salary and aren't willing to bet on your own performance
