Role Description:
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and drive aggressive revenue growth. This role bridges the gap between digital innovation and ground-level retail execution. You will be responsible for managing B'Creamy's digital footprint through high-impact SM Marketing, overseeing Traditional Marketing efforts to dominate local catchment areas, and implementing robust Lead Generation funnels for both retail footfall and franchise expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- SM Marketing (social media): Lead the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Focus on viral-worthy content creation, influencer collaborations, and community management to maintain a premium yet accessible brand image.
- Traditional Marketing: Manage Below-the-Line (BTL) and Out-of-Home (OOH) activities. This includes designing in-store collateral, local event sponsorships, billboards, and print media to ensure high visibility near all 70+ outlets.
- Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead magnets and performance marketing campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to drive store visits and capture data for CRM loyalty programs. You will also support the business development team by generating high-quality leads for potential franchise partners.
- Campaign Synergy: Ensure that traditional boots-on-the-ground promotions are seamlessly integrated with digital hashtags and online contests.
- Market Analysis: Utilize data from both digital ads and physical sales reports to refine targeting and improve ROI on all marketing spend.
Qualifications:
- SM & Digital Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of social media algorithms, content trends, and paid social advertising.
- Traditional Marketing Savvy: Experience in vendor management for print/OOH and executing local store marketing (LSM) toolkits.
- Lead Gen Expertise: Proven track record of using CRM tools and performance marketing to build a database of loyal customers and B2B prospects.
- Strategic & Creative: Ability to switch between high-level brand strategy and hands-on creative problem solving.
- F&B / Retail Background: Previous experience in a multi-outlet food brand is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills to align both the internal team and external franchise partners with the brand vision.
