We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular client visits and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
* Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and performance of our products.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation to order closure and payment follow-up.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.
Target Customer Segments
* Car detailing studios, including premium, mid-range, and multi-bay operations.
* Authorised and multi-brand car dealerships.
* Automotive service centres and body shops.
* Fleet management operators and corporate vehicle care units.
*Qualifications & Experience *
* Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the automotive or car care products industry.
* Demonstrated experience in selling automotive accessories, car care products, or related products.
* Graduate degree in any discipline. A qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Technology will be an advantage.
* Willingness to travel extensively across India.
* Valid Driving License is required.
* Willingness to travel across South India.
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to conduct effective on-site product demonstrations.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Ability to manage a large geographical territory and maintain regular client visits.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
