POSITION OVERVIEW

Pacific Quartz Surfaces LLP is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and lead our sales team across India. This is an opportunity to build and manage dealer networks, strengthen client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets in the engineered quartz surfaces sector.

POSITION DETAILS

Title: Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reports To: Head – Sales / Management

Experience Required: 3+ years in sales (building materials preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective team leadership, dealer network development, and strategic client relationship management. You will be central to achieving our monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while building a culture of excellence within the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team

- Develop, manage, and nurture dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key project clients

- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities

- Oversee order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment collection

- Prepare and present sales performance reports and pipeline analysis to management

- Support market expansion and new product penetration strategies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or MBA with 5+ years of proven sales experience

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Proven experience managing and developing sales teams

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities

- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required

- Knowledge of building materials or allied industries is preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: Rs 5,00,000 – Rs 7,00,000 per annum

Performance Incentive: Sales-linked incentives based on target achievement
