Role Description
We are looking for a driven, curious, and strategic Business Development Manager to own and grow OneIoT's sales pipeline across enterprise and government accounts— identifying the right opportunities, qualifying them with discipline, and converting them into long-term partnerships.
This is not a cold-calling role. It is a consultative, domain-led sales position. You will be expected to understand a prospect's operational challenge deeply before recommending a solution — and to represent OneIoT's platform with genuine technical credibility in front of CXOs, procurement committees, and government evaluators alike.

Qualifications
Must-Have
· 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience — SaaS, IoT, hardware-software, or enterprise technology preferred
· Proven track record of independently closing deals: deal sizes of ₹50 Lakh or above and pipeline management of 10+ active opportunities
· Consultative selling ability — you ask questions first and pitch second
· Experience selling to at least two of the three segments: enterprise, startup, or SMB
· Comfortable with a full-cycle sales role — from cold outreach to signed contract
· Strong written and verbal communication: you can write a compelling proposal and run a confident boardroom presentation
· CRM discipline — you maintain a clean pipeline and never let follow-ups slip
· Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders: CXOs, procurement heads, and technical evaluation committees
Good to Have
· Prior experience in IoT, IIoT, smart building, cold chain, or connected hardware sales
· International sales experience or exposure —US, APAC, Middle East, UK/EU market knowledge is a strong plus
· Technical fluency: ability to read a system architecture, understand integration requirements, and speak credibly with CTOs and engineering leads
