Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with 35 years of experience in the dental or digital dental designing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, understand dental CAD/CAM workflows, and be capable of driving new business opportunities globally.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility while working with an ambitious and growth-focused team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in dental labs and clinics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry platforms.
- Present Konfidental Designs services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 35 years of proven experience in business development within:
- Digital dental designing services
- Dental labs or dental technology industry
- Strong understanding of dental workflows (crowns, bridges, implants, smile design, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international client handling is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
