Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to help drive revenue growth and expand our client base, primarily in the US B2B market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, funnels, and outbound prospecting
- Set up virtual meetings with potential clients and influencers
- Follow up on leads, make outbound calls, provide estimates, and manage email communications
- Pre-qualify opportunities using defined checklists to determine bid suitability
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Production/Technical team to address client requirements
Product & Market Expertise
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the company's products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Develop meaningful product-focused conversations with clients
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client and deal information in the CRM system
- Track deal flow, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Analyze sales data to improve sales and marketing strategies
Support & Coordination
- Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and proposal documents
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate team members
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (B.Tech, Computer Science, Architecture, etc.) OR
- MBA (preferred) in Sales & Marketing
- 2-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Preferred experience in US B2B sales
