Web Spiders is looking for a highly motivated
Sales & Business Development Manager - IT to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, your job will be to find new opportunities for our business, build relationships with clients, and close deals.
The ideal candidate should have a sales background and experience in selling Softwares/SaaS Products, Digital Marketing Services. You will be working closely with our teams in India, and report directly to our CEO.
Location: Kolkata (on-site)

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise software and SaaS solutions, from prospect identification to deal closure
- Demonstrate our product, services and solutions to potential clients
- Qualify leads and follow up for closing
- Attend conferences and networking events to generate new leads
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and articulate value propositions
- Forecast sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development.
- Experience in selling Softwares, SaaS Products, Digital Marketing Services
- Deep understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise solution selling
- Proven knowledge and experience in successful development strategies
- Experience in tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate our services and solutions to potential clients and close deals.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
