Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Manager. Based in the Pune Division, this role offers a combination of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and contributing to strategic business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and maintain customer satisfaction is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of cable management systems, lightning protection, or energy-saving products is an advantage
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Comfort with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience in the engineering, electrical, or similar industry is a plus
