Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Mumbai, India. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to strategize and implement sales initiatives and achieving defined sales targets. Additionally, the role may involve market research and analysis to discover prospective clients and expand the organization's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Market Expansion
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and demonstrate a results-oriented approach
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in the mining or metals industry is an added advantage
