Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager - Field Sales. The key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market presence and sales. The role requires frequent communication with clients, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Regular reporting and analyzing sales trends are also integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business development strategies, customer relationship management, and client acquisition
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to drive targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client relationship building
  • Proficient in market analysis, research, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or education industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
