Job Description

Location – Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabad

Experience – 4 – 8 years

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development professional with experience in the Environmental Graphic Branding (EGB), Signage, Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, Branding, or Architectural industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development capabilities, an established industry network, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, retail, and mixed-use sectors.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors, developers, corporate clients, branding consultants, and project management firms.

•Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and strategic business development initiatives.

•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.

•Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.

•Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and handover.

•Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.

•Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify business opportunities.

•Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong post-sales client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Preferred Industry Network

Candidates should have established professional relationships with: Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants (PMC), General Contractors, Corporate Real Estate Teams, Developers & Builders, Facility Management Companies, Branding Consultants, Retail Brand, Hospitality Consultants, Corporate Procurement Teams, MEP Consultants (Preferred).

•Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

•MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

Preferred Experience

•3–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within Environmental Graphic Branding (EGB), Signage, Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, Branding, Architecture, Construction, or related industries.

•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.

•Existing network within the architecture, interior design, construction, and corporate real estate ecosystem will be highly preferred.
