- Calling cold leads (online sellers/business owners) and explaining Shiplee courier services
- Onboarding sellers on Shiplee platform via WhatsApp & dashboard
- Coordinating with operations team for first pickup
- Following up with sellers to activate shipments
- Maintaining lead & onboarding records in Excel/CRM
