Job Description

Sales/Business Development Executive – CoreFit Plus Pilates Studio (Head Office)

*Location:* C-17, Lower Ground Floor, Soami Nagar South, South Delhi – 110017

*Employment Type:* Full-Time

*Experience:* 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

*Salary:* 15,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)

Work Schedule

* 9 hours per day

* 6 days a week

* *Training Period:* First month fully onsite at the studio

* *Post-Training Work Model:* Hybrid (3 days Work From Office + 3 days Work From Home)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team, nurture client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, educating them about the benefits of Pilates, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their wellness journey. This role offers valuable exposure to sales, client relationship management, and wellness marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.

* Educate prospective clients about Pilates programs, services, and wellness benefits.

* Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.

* Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with daily sales activities and marketing campaigns.

* Schedule consultations, trial sessions, and appointments efficiently.

* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

* Recommend suitable membership plans based on client goals and requirements.

* Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.

* Ensure a professional, welcoming, and client-centric studio experience.

* Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales and client retention targets.

Requirements

* 12th Pass, Graduate, or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Comfortable handling multiple conversations, inquiries, and follow-ups simultaneously.

* Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or Pilates.

* Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is preferred.

* Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.

* Ability to work independently during remote work days after successful completion of training.
