ownership models in sustainable hospitality assets.

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to drive revenue

through the promotion of stay packages, cabin/pod concepts, and investment

opportunities. The role requires strong consultative selling skills and experience

handling premium customers, HNI clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and prospect outreach.

Present stay packages, cabin/pod concepts, and investment/fractional ownership

models.

Convert inquiries into bookings or investment closures through effective

negotiation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, investors, and partners.

Handle premium and HNI clients with professionalism and discretion.

Drive repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and conversions.

Coordinate with operations, reservations, finance, and site teams for smooth

onboarding.

Stay updated on pricing, seasonal offers, and competitor landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

25 years experience in hospitality, resort/tourism, or real estate sales

(mandatory).

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Proven track record of target achievement and deal closures.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.

Basic CRM knowledge and sales reporting experience.

Preferred Background

Exposure to resorts, vacation homes, real estate investments, or travel &

tourism.

Knowledge of fractional ownership or hospitality investment models.

Experience with high-value client and investor sales.

Willingness to travel for meetings or site visits as required.
