The RoleWe are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to expand our footprint in the professional market. Your goal will be to establish long-term partnerships with architects, real estate developers, and corporate entities to ensure Heartspace is the first choice for their interior service needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and tap into B2B segments including Corporate Offices, Real Estate Developers, Hospitality (Hotels/Cafes), and Co-working spaces.
- Strategic Partnerships: Network with Architects, Civil Contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to secure Heartspace as a preferred vendor.
- Client Presentations: Conduct high-impact presentations showcasing our residential and commercial portfolio to potential corporate clients.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel—from cold calling and initial meetings to site visits, proposal submission, and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming residential and commercial projects in the Odisha region to gain an early-mover advantage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Design and Manufacturing teams to ensure technical proposals are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the Interior Design, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Furniture industries.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills. You should be able to sell a vision, not just a product.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to read basic floor plans and understand interior terminology (woodwork, civil, electrical, HVAC).
- Network: An existing network among local architects or developers in Odisha is a significant plus.
- Drive: A self-starter attitude with a hunter mindset for new business.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software (like Odoo or Zoho) and MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
