Job Description

  • Answering calls and resolving queries about products or the company.

  • Noting significant details of each conversation.

  • Providing verbal acknowledgements of sales to our Sales team for closing.

  • Advising present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

  • Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and adapting to functional changes.

  • Upholding quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.

  • Reaching potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using predefined scripts.

  • Responding to inquiries regarding products or the company.

  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales.

  • Understanding the details of each offering and staying updated on any changes to these offerings.

  • Acquiring and updating individuals contact details.

  • Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another customer service role.
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
  • Ability to switch communication styles.
