Inside Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to convert leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in Account Management to handle ongoing client needs and grow partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
