Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate investment needs, present suitable property options, and guide them through the end-to-end transaction process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The role also involves coordinating with developers, brokers, and internal teams to obtain updated inventory and pricing, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals. The Sales Associate is expected to uphold the company's standards of transparency, ethics, and client service while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets, investment concepts, and portfolio management; prior experience in real estate or financial services is preferred.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to track leads, manage data, and prepare reports.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and follow structured processes with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and conduct client meetings and property visits as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset aligned with Urban Avenues ethical and transparent business practices.
