Company Description RATNAVALI Solutions (India) Private Limited, backed by Agua Hygienic Group (founded in 2003), is a fast-growing B2B startup focused on end-to-end procurement and operational support. The company specializes in B2B procurement services, warehouse and dark store setups, and ongoing Capex and Opex procurement. RATNAVALI supports clients with waste management, repair and maintenance, civil works, and warehouse installation and deinstallation. The organization enables businesses to efficiently manage buying and selling processes while optimizing their operational infrastructure.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying B2B leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting RATNAVALI's procurement and warehouse services. Daily activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Associate will actively gather market intelligence, provide feedback on client needs, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of B2B procurement, warehouse operations, or related services, with the ability to understand clients Capex and Opex requirements.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to track opportunities and prepare reports.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, logistics, facilities management, or industrial services is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
