Role Description

The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving Unishala Education's growth by identifying and converting potential leads into active learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their educational and career goals, providing detailed information on programs, and addressing inquiries to build strong client relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and offering exceptional customer support throughout the enrollment process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Gurugram office.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective clients and build client relationships
  • Sales acumen, negotiation skills, and result-oriented mindset to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to understand and address client needs
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of formal education
