Sales Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, communicating property features, facilitating property viewings, and closing sales deals. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building strong relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and meet targets
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and property transactions
• Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry, including market trends and property laws, is a plus
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or a related field are an advantage
