Sales Associate

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Associate to help clients find their dream homes in Bangalore's booming real estate market.

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals and walk-ins
• Conduct site visits and present properties to prospective buyers
• Understand client requirements and match them to the right properties
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Hit monthly sales targets and revenue goals consistently
• Maintain accurate records of leads and closures in CRM

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of sales experience - real estate preferred
• Strong communication in Kannada & English - mandatory
• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven and client-focused
