We Are Hiring – Sales Associate | Luxury Furniture Showroom

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore  

Experience: 2–5 Years  

Job Type: Full-time | Store & Field Sales  

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Accommodation  

Must Be fluent in Malayalam , English (& Kannada)

About the Role  

We are seeking a design-savvy Sales Associate with an architecture or interior design background to drive showroom sales and operations for our luxury furniture brand. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with proven retail sales expertise to deliver premium customer experiences.

Key Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in furniture showroom sales or luxury retail

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture or Interior Design

- In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture, materials, finishes, and space planning concepts

- Proven track record of handling premium clients, architects, and interior designers

- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Experience in store operations, inventory coordination, and team supervision

- Strong commercial awareness with ability to close high-value deals

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end showroom sales operations and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

- Engage with walk-in and premium clients to understand requirements and propose design-led furniture solutions

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams for customized and turnkey orders

- Maintain visual merchandising standards, showroom aesthetics, and brand presentation

- Ensure exceptional customer service and drive high levels of client satisfaction

- Supervise showroom staff, monitor daily footfall, and prepare sales & inventory reports

- Coordinate post-sales support, delivery, and installation follow-ups

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must Be fluent in Malayalam , English & Kannada
  • Customer-focused with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Design-oriented mindset paired with strong sales acumen
  • Confident in handling consultations, preparing BOQs, and presenting to architects/designers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build long-term client relationships
