Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team in a hybrid role based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Associate will support our customers through exceptional service, assist with direct sales both in-store and through digital channels, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing product recommendations, managing inventory, processing transactions, and assisting in marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement. The role also involves maintaining a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience both online and offline for our community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, providing excellent customer service
• Sales, negotiation abilities, and familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments
• Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and transaction processing
• Marketing knowledge, including customer engagement strategies and digital communication
• Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to adapt in dynamic settings
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools relevant to retail operations
• Interest in leather craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and product knowledge is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
