Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Associate located in Jaipur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing sales transactions, maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory, and supporting promotional activities. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and provide excellent service.

• Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Product knowledge and the ability to stay updated about new trends in the industry
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional relevant certifications are advantageous
