Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Jaipur at SRD Real Estate Group. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting real estate properties, negotiating offers, and closing sales deals. Additional tasks involve maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Understanding of real estate markets and property management strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Possession of a valid real estate license is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is desirable but not mandatory
