This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, located in Dwarka. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer outreach, and driving sales efforts. Key daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries over phone or email, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting in building customer relationships. The role also requires input into strategies to identify potential clients and optimize sales opportunities.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales, with an ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive customer relationships and clearly convey information.
• Customer Service and Customer Support expertise to address client needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with experience engaging in target-driven initiatives.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a sales-related field is a plus.
