Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with customers to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions, and drive sales targets. Responsibilities include following up on leads, building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying new opportunities to expand sales channels. The Sales Specialist will also play a role in training and mentoring team members to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Experience in Sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Skills in Training and Sales Management to support and mentor team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
