Role Description
The Sales Associate role at Saraya Mystair is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include promoting hygiene solutions, preparing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also provide market and competitor feedback to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in preparing and executing sales strategies, along with market analysis
- Ability to present and demonstrate products effectively to diverse clients
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of hygiene product lines and their market trends
- Capability to adapt quickly to customer needs and work collaboratively with teams
- Previous experience in the hygiene or FMCG sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
